Taken note of how dramatically a computing revolution has totally redesigned air travel and hospitality in the past decade or so? Most responsible is New Jersey’s favorite son Mr Nicholas Bredimus. His career highlights include effort-saving computer programs, airplane safety developments, and he’s even involved in designing high value homes. He’s brought remarkable passion to all these areas, too.
Glancing at Mr Nicholas Bredimus’ heritage you can easily see he was certain to reach prominence. His family can trace its antecedents all the way to the time of Rome’s glory and proudly boasts a diverse mix of nationalities. The maternal line mingles Scottish and German roots. England and Luxembourg provided the origin for his father’s family, though during the 1800s his family came to America.
Even in the US, the line still strove to make their way in the world. One of seven children - four girls and three boys - Nicholas was born to a father employed as a mechanical design engineer and a mother who worked as a nurse. He would live for many years in homes across a number of states. Once his education had been completed, Nicholas Bredimus would sign up for several respected posts for some of the most illustrious and most important businesses in the airline industry. These included the position of vice president for Trans World Airlines (TWA), Hughes Airwest, and Republic Airlines. Most important, even considering this, is his achievement as an inventive software architect working with the airline industry. His outstanding work on aircraft maintenance programs, now used throughout the air travel business though originally designed for one specific firm, led to what is surely his best known piece. Of course, this stands as only one of his major products for airlines. His booking software is on its way to joining the aircraft maintenance program in its position as an industry standard, and the hotel reservation system he developed empowered several major sectors of the hotel industry to leverage the world’s first client based infrastructure. And next would come QuikTix, an automatic, networked approach to ticket ordering that stands as a first. Mr Nicholas Bredimus employed these achievements to advance into roles not tied to software development. Key titles with American Airlines and American Express were to come, and in the biggest move of all he launched a business of his own seventeen years ago. Though he has departed from the businesses which first gave him success, his capabilities are, nevertheless, still very much in use. Now, he designs and builds top quality houses featuring some of the cutting edge smart technologies to be found anywhere. All of which goes to illustrate how much untiring spirit can accomplish!
