Do You Want A Sexy Perky B?utt

    February 28th, 2009

How to build sexy perky butts and buns?

Do you know that whether you are a guy or a gal, one of your anatomies that are constantly being scrutinized is your butt? Many do say that a perky butt is one of the most attractive part of a human body. And don’t you think it is? Certainly so!

Take a look at your own buns right now. Is it tight perky and strong or is it saggy and lumpy? Worse, is it without any tone and just hangs there like a piece of flesh just out from the butcher store? If you really want a tight and sexy butt that make heads turn when you are in a pair of tight jeans or in your bikini, read on.

Your butt consist of three muscles, the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus. The gluteus medius and gluteus minimus are the muscles on the sides of the hip that are used for the internal rotation of the thigh. The gluteus maximus is the largest of the three muscles and is used for hip extension, outward rotation, leg adduction and leg abduction. These muscles are collectively called the “Glutes”.

Strong glutes helps us in our daily activities like climbing stairs or squating to pick sonething besides looking good and sexy. These muscles are essential in sports activities. Strong glutes will power your participation in any sport, like cycling and especially in jumping sports such as football, volleyball, soccer, basketball and net ball.

If your glute is hanging and lump then there is a layer of fats covering the muscles. If that is the case, its simple. Just lose the fats by a combination of cardio, weight resistance exercises and a clorie restriction diet.

To have great looking strong glutes, weight resistant exercises must be included in your workout routines. For some people, exercises such as running up slopes, stair-master or step climbing will have good effect in shaping the buns. But to have that perky sexy butt, you will have to incorporate Squats, Dead lifts and Lunges which are fantastic butt shapers. All these exercises are described and picture illustrated in my ebooks “Burn Fat Build Muscles Fast”.

So in a nutshell, you need to lose fats and build a well muscled glute in order to own a sexy perky butt that make heads turn and eyes glued to your bottom posterity. That isn’t difficult. All you need is some commitment and determination on your part and you are already half way there.

    Bach Flower Remedies

    February 28th, 2009

For all of my readers that live in any of the four-season zones, I would like to ask how was your disposition and energy level to do things during this past October? And what about your health during the same season? Hope you didn’t forget to boost your happiness and attitude with the bliss of Walnut essence.

The Bach Flower Remedies are a system of 38 flower essences that corrects emotional imbalances as negative emotions are replaced with positive ones. Bach Flower Remedies are the original form of Flower Essence Therapy, which Dr. Edward Bach, a medical Harley Street genious, originated in the 1930’s.

The outstanding characteristic of the Bach Flower Remedies is that they have gained the recognition of doing for the emotional body what Homeopathics do forthe physical body. With their help, a forgotten part of our body/spirit temple can be rescued as most of the people still believe we are just made of flesh and blood, ignoring recent researches that link emotions to the immune system.

The Bach Flower Remedies resonate with the emotional body to re-establish balance and harmony in the physical body. It is also my duty to say that the Bach Flower Remedies are safe for everyone, including children, pregnant women, animals, elderly and plants. Each flower essence aids a specific emotion, so the best results to balance your emotions comes from the moment you honestly describe and specify to yourself what the feeling or mood is that you are going through at a determined time.

You can take the flower essences individually or mix them together to match the way you feel. And please be advised that the Bach Flower Remedies along with any medical attention give the perfect stability to our body, mind and soul.

Simple and Easy Ways to Care for your Feet

    February 27th, 2009

Too many women are inclined to forget that they have feet until something happens to call their attention to them. A beautifully formed foot is as charming to the eye as a beautifully shaped hand. Every woman should have a knowledge of the practical facts which make for her physical beauty. It is to supply these facts that this little article has been written.

Shoes have much to do with preserving or distorting the natural foot outline, and in this connection several practical facts should be remembered. First, that every woman’s shoe should be broad enough to let her toes rest flatly and naturally on the sole. Second, that a low heel throws the weight of the body on the instep. If you feel that broken arches are a slight penalty to pay for tottering about with the silly helplessness of a footbound Chinese woman of the old type, by all means wear highheeled shoes.

If you will have “French” heels — and to the average man a woman looks ridiculous in them, though politeness bid him disguise his feelings — there is nothing more to be said. Do not wear old shoes about the house. They will make your feet shapeless. The dyes in cheap stockings often run. If you have a slight skin abrasion or a cut, you may get blood poisoning. Hence pay more for your stockings (silk, lisle or silk and wool) rather than risk infection.

    FOOT MANICURING

Always cut your toenails straight across, using a nail clip, or nail scissors. Ingrown nails always result from cutting away the corners of the nail which support its forward part. If you smooth the nail edges with emery, a good deal of darning will be saved.

    FOOT AILMENTS

Calluses.—Calluses very often develop on the sole of the foot. They also form on the toes, where they turn into hard corns, or between the toes, where they become soft ones, and are capable of causing severe pain. Like bunions, flat feet and fallen arches, calluses and corns are a logical result of the wearing of tight or ill fitting shoes.

Good corn plasters give relief. There are also good acid solutions for corns, but they must be applied to the hard skin of the corn only. It is best, however, to have a good chiropodist remove corns, since he is able to take out their core. The “vascular” corn (made up of small blood vessels), which is less common, should always be taken out by a chiropodist.

Bunions.—Bunions are beyond proper home treatment. They are produced by pressure on the big toe, causing inflammation of the second toe joint. A preliminary callus turns into enlargement of the joint, and, in many cases, motives much suffering, and inability to wear a shoe. If the shoe pressure which causes the bunion be removed, the callus will disappear, but not necessarily the bunion. When bunions are long standing it is not always possible to cure them permanently. A bunion should at once be referred to a chiropodist.

Ingrowing Nails.—Their origin has already been mentioned. Treatment should consist in bathing in hot water, then raising the injured portion of the nail, and inserting pieces of lint or absorbent cotton as an artificial support. Then scrape the nail longitudinally. The lint or cotton support must be renewed from time to time, until the nail has reverted to normal. If a proud flesh condition has developed it will be best to go at once to the chiropodist, instead of attempting a cure yourself.

Flat and Fallen Arches.—Both these foot troubles are beyond any home treatment. Fallen arches, once they have definitely dropped, cannot be completely cured. Both diseases, in most cases, result from improper footwear, high heels, and shoes wrongly balanced, and each and every case usually needs individual treatment.

Chilblains.—Chilblains, one of the most common of foot disorders, can usually be cured at home. It comes from cold or frost, and does not start in feet which have a good blood circulation. Soaking the feet in hot water, rubbing and massaging with warm spirits of rosemary and turpentine, and exercise are the remedies. Exercise, especially, restores the circulation, and alleviates the redness, the burning feeling and the intolerable itching which are the signs of the ailment.

FOOT PERSPIRATION AND PERSPIRATION IN GENERAL

Foot Perspiration.—Perspiration we associate more directly and more perceptibly with the feet than any other part of the body. There is a reason. There are more perspiration glands in the feet than anywhere else on the body, save in the palms of the hands. Daily bathing, night and morning, is the best preventive of excessive foot perspiration. It is well, when you are thus troubled, to add a little alum to the water (it should be warm), and after drying to powder the feet with boracic powder. Or, if you prefer, use a soothing lotion for “feet that are weary” and perspiring, made up of equal parts of alcohol and witch hazel. Hot water, however, is a sovereign specific for all sweaty feet.

Perspiration in General.—We are perspiring all the time. Our perspiration glands are constantly throwing off the waste matter of the body, and bathing serves the double purpose of keeping the pores open so that this matter may be discharged, and removing it in order that no disagreeable odors result from its presence. The soles of the feet, the armpits, at times the forehead, chest, and neck are perspiration centers.

Perspiration is usually not excessive when a woman is in good general health, or when it is not a result of violent exercise or unusual temperature conditions. But when it is habitual and unchecked it robs a young woman or girl of all that charm of daintiness and appeal which is her right and privilege. There is no odor more immediately and more resentfully noticed than that of dried perspiration. It clings not only to the body, but to the clothes. Perfumes and scented powders do not hide it, and it always awakens disgust.

Frequent bathing, frequent change of undergarments and stockings, and a free use of talcum powder or “odorono” are all indicated. Never imagine that the use of talcum instead of soap and water will do away with this unhappy scent. After washing, always and invariably after washing, is powder to be used. The poet has coined the phrase “honest sweat.” But there is no such thing as “honest sweat” in feminine beauty’s bright lexicon of charm. Perspiration, especially at evening affairs, dances, etc., steals away that natural freshness and fragrance of aura which should surround woman.

How To Protect Yourself From Identity Theft With Your Purse

    February 27th, 2009

Identity theft is the fastest growing criminal activity in the 20th Century, replacing illegal drug sales.

    How BIG is this Problem?

Banks, credit card companies and businesses that house servers storing passwords or other sensitive information all report “break-ins”through Trojan viruses or other online hacking methods - resulting in the loss of millions of pieces of information. Instances of lost information are employees selling it and other lax security measures resulting in thieves having access to your identity.

    Thieves Want

    - Your Name - Date of Birth - Home Address - Phone Numbers - Social Security Number - Driver’s License Number - Credit Card Numbers - CW2 Security Code (the number on the back of your credit card) - Your Credit Report - ATM Cards - Telephone Calling Cards - Mortgage Details

Where Are They Getting Your Information?

    - Banks - Credit-Reference Agencies - Retailers - Credit Card Networks - Data-Brokerage Companies - Payment Processing Companies - Phone Companies - Schools - Your Employer - Doctors, Clinics and Health Departments - Government Agencies

    There are other effective methods:

    - Dumpster Diving - Mail Theft - Retail Theft - “Phishing”/pretexting/pretending - Purse/Wallet Theft

What are Thieves Using Your Information For?

    - Making charges to your existing credit cards - Opening new credit cards in your name - Having phone or utilities turned on - Withdrawing money from your existing bank accounts - Employment purposes - Driver’s Licenses - Tax Fraud - Social Service benefits - Student loans - Business or Personal loans - Health care - Mortgage loans/leases - Auto loans - Using your ID when caught committing a crime

    How Can You Protect Yourself?

    - Keep a photocopy of your credit cards, bank account numbers and investment account numbers in a safe place - Keep your credit card receipts - Put a “fraud alert” on all your credit reports - If you apply for credit and the card doesn’t arrive on time, call the card issuer - Choose difficult PIN numbers or passwords. (Don’t use birth dates, your mother’s maiden name, etc.) - Never give personal information to anyone who sends you an email, a letter or calls you asking for it - Shred personal information - Don’t use the ATM machine if someone is watching you - Pay attention to what’s going on around you - cell phones often have cameras in them. If someone is standing by you with a cell phone while you’re entering a PIN number, block their view - Review your bills each month. If there’s something you don’t remember, call the creditor. - Check your credit report at least once a year - Store your cancelled checks safely. - Don’t leave your purse in plain sight when driving - Keep your valuables locked in the trunk or glove box when driving - Make all personal information on your computer password protected - Don’t carry information about your PIN numbers, passwords and account numbers in your purse or wallet

Warning Signs that Your Identity Has Been Stolen:

    - A loan application is denied, or you’re refused extended credit requests - You are contacted by a debt-collection agency - Your purse or wallet has been stolen, or your house broken into - Unfamiliar activity on your credit report

What to do if it Happens to You:

    - If your purse or wallet is stolen, call the police - Contact your bank, credit card and other credit extending companies and report the theft - Close accounts - Contact the credit-reporting companies - Have fraudulent activity removed immediately and monitor your credit report every 90 days for the next year - Put everything in writing - File a report with the Federal Trade Commission - Change passwords on your existing accounts and create new ones for new accounts

Identity theft is real. There are no guarantees you can keep your information safe, by taking proactive steps to protect yourself, you can minimize your chances of having an “identity crisis”.

    4 Stages of Eclampsia

    February 26th, 2009

Someone out there had it out for pregnant girls. As if it isn’t hard enough on them already, there is a disorder known as Pre-Eclampsia. Below, we will take a look at what this disorder is characterized by, how it effects you, and how to tell if you have it.

Pre-Eclampsia is a pregnancy disorder involving convulsions. It generally occurs after 20 weeks of pregnancy, and usually with the first child. And as I said before… someone had it out for pregnant girls, becuase if no signs or symptoms of pre-eclampsia occur, there is still possibilities of eclampsia, which can happen before, during, or after the labour process.

There is only one true way to tell if you are carrying the eclampsia disorder; Eclamptic convulsions. Eclamptic convulsions have a four stages of gruelling pain:
Stage 1 - Unless the woman is aware and watching for this stage, it is generally missed. In stage one the woman will simply roll her eyes, and simultanieously, her hand a face muscles will slightly twitch.
Stage 2 - Shortly after stage one, the teeth will clench, the arms and legs will go rigid, she can bite her tongue, and the face and hand muscles that where twitching will now be clenching. In this stage, the woman will also experiance loss of breath for approximatley 30 seconds.
Stage 3 - This is where it gets really bad. The muscles will begin to jerk violently, while frothy and slightly bloody saliva will appear. 2 minutes of this until it stops, and then there is a coma, or occasionally heart failure.
Stage 4 - If not dead, the woman will fall into a deep unconscious state. This can persist for hours, or pass quickly.

Clearly this is not anything to be letting pass by. if any of these symptoms occur, visit your doctor immediately. You could lose 2 lives if you are not properly treated or monitored.

Feel free to reprint this article as long as you keep the article, this caption and author biography in tact with all hyperlinks.

Trials and Tribulations of a Fitness Trainer

    February 25th, 2009

Feeling like the NASA rover, Spirit, I started January triumphant.

Ah, that quest for perfection, that ever burning flame that drives us onward to test the perimeters of our well being/existence. Especially after lolling in holiday bliss. I was energized and fortified, with a couple of extra pounds to propel me with extra fire power. Running in the mountains of our upstate home, coming home and working out religiously and tending to the perfect diet another example of perfect technical prowess. The first week of work back in the city routine went spectacularly. Until like the rover abruptly malfunctioning, a glitch? I developed laryngitis. I knew I hadn’t been taking my vitamins and not enough vegetables over the holidays and was now compensating with a strict regime to stave off the dreaded cold or flu signs flashing ahead. The immune system was showing weakness, I stopped the exercise to fortify immunity. A week later, feeling better, my voice sounding less like broken violin strings, I dashed ahead. A fantastic workout, never better, I’m back, the “Victor” I think! The boom lowered later that night while trying to get up for dinner … I couldn’t. The next day, like the rover I was put to sleep until the malfunction was corrected. Well there goes 2 perfectly good weeks of dreams and aspirations! Week 3 I was sure I would redeem myself until I realized a bronchial infection kicked in and I’m down for the count for another week. Good intentions pave the road to……trying to hone in on the root of the problem.

Proper rest, no more burning the midnight oil, I have to stop working by 8pm. Instead of working until 11pm and then wondering why I can’t fall asleep. Two layers of clothes, it’s ferocious cold out there and because I insist on walking everywhere, I have to dress appropriately. Eat more vegetables, fruits and enough protein. If you want to lose weight and stay healthy you need your nutrients therefore vegetables, fruit and lean protein, every day every meal plus vitamins no ifs and or buts! Or Opportunity will take over where Spirit left off!

Experiencing an illness made me decide to examine into how to realize hidden potentials to enhance our quality of life. For more information go to www.vitalsignsfitness.com. Questions? email deb@vitalsignsfitness.com Deborah Caruana

    Walk Your Way To Fitness!

    February 25th, 2009

Whether you believe humans were born to move along upright or to crawl on all fours, we know at this point in our development that walking is one of the most natural exercises we can do.

Yet all to few of us, especially in the West, where the car tamed the land, are using this natural capability to its fullest advantage.

If you want to begin exercising, or add a nice bit of spice to an existing program, try walking for these reasons:

    (1) It’s inherently non-competitive. Unless you speed-walk, you can take your time, setting a thoroughly natural or challenging pace, as you please.

    (2) It’s portable, and even if you’re staying in a concrete jungle, as I have on many business trips, a shopping mall will probably not be far away, and the hotel lot may actually be perfect, even providing a modicum of surveillance and security.

    (3) You’ll never have to wait in line! Unlike those trendy machines at gyms, your feet and shoes are always ready when you are.

    (4) The endorphins, those happy-attitudes swimmers in your brain, will still tickle your fancy if you take a leisurely stroll or you speed up the clip.

    (5) You’ll be able to think and generate new ideas, and if you’re like me, passively problem-solve at the same time.

    Above all, it’s truly easy.

So, start today, and I know you’ll please yourself!

Durom Cup Device Recall Is Unfavorable News

    February 23rd, 2009

Alot of people who got zimmer hip implant applied in their hip replacement surgical procedures are encountering that there are difficulties that far exceed the normal expectations for recuperation. These people are experiencing a lot of unnecessary pain for longer periods of time, needing a revision surgical operations and enlarged medical expenses, and losing income by not being able to work at their official occupations. Although Zimmer Holdings, Inc. is claiming that that their hip replacement implant could never be faulty and say it is not their fault for the faililng hip implants, numerous individuals are filing cases against them and encountering settlements.

During October, 2008 Zimmer declared that it had set aside $47.5 million to pay for lawsuits that had been filed against them. Many docs are not convinced that the hip implant device is not the problem as the company has publicly stated. In Point Of Fact, when Zimmer provided on-line education to surgeons in order to instruct them what they said were more accurate techniques for doing the implant surgical process, half of the physicians declined to participate. Therefore, the entire situation remains to be disagreeable for all parties involved, but none more than the hundreds of unfortunate people who are facing revision surgical operation because of the issues with their implant experiencing failures.

These distressed people definitely merit some help and restitution which obviously is why product liability lawyers are supporting them by telling them to file a lawsuit. Zimmer Durom Cup implants has been settling some of these claims, too. Even So, even if the settlement they are being offered seems like a fair amount, in most cases patients are settling too quickly and with no clause being made for ongoing issues if they happen down the road. If they don’t wait to find out what cases are actually going to be worth, people could find themselves incurring alot more expenses out of their own funds when more problems start to surface.

If your orthopedic physician tells you that youre going to need revision operation to resolve your Zimmer Durom hip replacement device, call an lawyer as soon as possible.

Once your lawyer determines that you have a case, be prepared to wait in order to get the best settlement that you can get. Take the advice your attorney gives to you and do not get impatient and demand a quick timeframe for restitution. You may end up losing a lot of money if you arent willing to be patient.

Rests Between Intervals Should Not Be Too Short

    February 19th, 2009

Athletes train by “stressing and recovering”. On one day, they take a hard workout which damages their muscles, on the next day, they feel sore and take easy workouts, and when the soreness goes away, take a hard workout again. They also break down individual workouts into intervals of stress and recovery. After warming up, they increase the intensity of the workout until they feel burning in their muscles, become short of breath, or exceed a certain heart rate. Then they slow down and when they have recovered partially, they increase their intensity again. They repeat these stress and recovery intervals until their muscles start to stiffen and they are then stop the workout. A report from The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health in Morgantown, West Virginia shows that the shorter the rest during an interval, the longer it takes to recover (Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, August 2005).

If you are a regular exerciser, you probably have already noticed this in your own body. Runners may take an interval workout of running ten quarter miles averaging 65 seconds each, with a 110 yard jog lasting three minutes between each hard run. If they shorten their recoveries to two minutes, they tire earlier, their muscles feel more sore afterwards, and it takes them longer to recover. The same applies to weightlifters. A weightlifter may do four sets of ten repetitions of lifting a 150 pound weight 10 times and resting for three minutes between each set. If he shortens his interval rest to one minute, he may not be able to finish his workout, feels far more soreness during the workout and still be sore for many days after that workout.

Athletes learn their ideal interval rest durations through trial and error. They may want to rest until their pulses drops enough for them to feel comfortable, or for them to be able to slow breathing rate down towards normal, or wait until their muscles lose soreness and they feel fresh. They do not wait for complete recovery of resting heart or breathing rate, or complete recovery from muscle soreness. Runners and cyclists often use heart rate monitors or just a clock to determine when they will do their next interval. Weight lifters usually wait for their bodies to “feel” recovered. You can use whatever yardstick for recovery you like, but if it takes you longer than two days to recover from an interval workout, you are probably exercising too intensely, doing too many repetitions, or not taking a long enough interval rest.
